1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pkrbet ("pkrbet", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at pkrbet.lat. By registering an account, accessing any service, or placing any wager on the pkrbet platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any policies, guidelines, or additional terms referenced herein, including the pkrbet Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pkrbet platform and close your account. These Terms apply to all users regardless of the device, browser, or method used to access pkrbet services.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the pkrbet platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling or sports betting is expressly prohibited by law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not on behalf of any third party or commercial entity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close associate of pkrbet or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the pkrbet platform under any prior account or identity.

pkrbet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

It is your sole responsibility to verify that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. pkrbet does not represent or warrant that access to its platform is legal in any particular location within Pakistan or internationally. Users in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, and all other cities and regions of Pakistan bear full personal responsibility for compliance with applicable local laws.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) pkrbet account only. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, truthful, and complete. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkrbet login credentials. pkrbet will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to protect your login details.
• You must not share your account with any other individual or permit third parties to access or use your pkrbet account in any way.
• pkrbet reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) checks at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or at any time a concern arises regarding account legitimacy.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the pkrbet platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah, subject to availability and applicable limits at the time of the transaction.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 300 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500, subject to completed KYC verification.
• Withdrawal processing: Verified accounts receive processing within 24 hours on business days. Processing times may vary based on the user's chosen payment method and the issuing bank or mobile wallet provider.
• pkrbet reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity and source-of-funds verification checks where required.
• Deposits made via third-party payment instruments or under a name other than the registered pkrbet account holder will be refused and returned, less any applicable processing fees charged by the third-party provider.
• pkrbet does not charge internal deposit fees, but users should be aware that their mobile wallet provider (JazzCash, Easypaisa) or bank may apply independent transaction charges.

5. Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all sports betting, cricket betting, and live in-play wagering on the pkrbet platform:

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Odds may change before a bet is confirmed; the odds locked at confirmation are final.
• pkrbet reserves the right to void any bet in the event of a manifest pricing error, system fault, or fraudulent activity.
• In the event of match cancellation, abandonment, or postponement, bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant sport's official rules and pkrbet's sport-specific betting rules, which are published in the Help section of the platform.
• Live in-play betting markets — including PSL match-winner, over/under, and ball-by-ball markets — are subject to market suspension and resumption at pkrbet's discretion during critical match events.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. pkrbet reserves the right to adjust individual account bet limits at its sole discretion.
• Winnings will be credited to your pkrbet wallet upon official result confirmation. For PSL and other cricket markets, official scorecards from the relevant governing body serve as the primary settlement reference.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

pkrbet offers various promotional incentives to eligible users, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, and cashback schemes. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game eligibility, and expiry dates. These are published on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Users may not hold multiple active bonus balances simultaneously unless expressly permitted under the terms of a specific promotion.
• pkrbet reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time. In the event of a material change to an active promotion, affected users will be notified via their registered contact details.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including through multi-accounting, use of related accounts, or artificial wagering patterns — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkrbet platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Opening or operating more than one pkrbet account simultaneously or sequentially without prior written authorisation.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws.
• Attempting to manipulate markets, exploit software errors, or use automated betting systems (bots) in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational use.
• Engaging in collusion with other users to the detriment of pkrbet or other users.
• Accessing or attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
• Using the platform while self-excluded under any prior self-exclusion arrangement with pkrbet.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, trademarks, logos, and materials displayed on the pkrbet platform — including but not limited to the pkrbet name, logo, and all game assets — are the exclusive intellectual property of pkrbet or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of pkrbet's intellectual property without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkrbet's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms and your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your pkrbet account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkrbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruption, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if pkrbet has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The pkrbet platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Privacy & Data

pkrbet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at pkrbet.lat/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy as an integral part of your agreement with pkrbet. pkrbet will not sell your personal data to unrelated third parties. Data shared with payment processors (such as JazzCash and Easypaisa gateway operators) is limited to what is strictly necessary to process your requested financial transaction.

11. Responsible Gaming

pkrbet is committed to responsible gaming and the protection of vulnerable players. The platform provides the following tools to all account holders, accessible at any time from your account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR limits on deposits to your pkrbet wallet.
• Loss limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session time limits: Set automatic session reminders or session cut-off times.
• Cool-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the pkrbet platform. Requests for self-exclusion will be processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

12. Suspension & Termination

pkrbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or conduct that pkrbet deems harmful to the integrity of the platform or its other users. Upon termination for cause, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Any net deposit balance not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the user's verified payment method following satisfactory completion of outstanding verification requirements.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pkrbet holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pkrbet's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral body designated by pkrbet's licensing authority. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

14. Amendments

pkrbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, pkrbet will notify registered users via their registered email address or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by applicable law or urgent operational circumstances. Continued use of the pkrbet platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your account before the effective date.
